Role: Facilities Coordinator Location: SL3 0HQ Salary £30,000 to £32,000 Parking Benefits/ package Full time & permanent Monday to Friday Must be a driver as travel up & down the country to other sites is required on occassion The primary objective of the role is to support the day to day smooth running of our facilities, ensuring that all building systems, equipment and services are properly maintained and operate efficiently in accordance with the relevant regulatory frameworks – be it statutory or otherwise. Support the Compliance and Security Manager with the management of the company facilities to meet quality, environmental, security and health and safety standards in line with ISO 9001, 14001 and 45001 standards. Act as the point of contact for facility-related inquiries and issues and provide excellent customer service to internal stakeholders. Receive, prioritise, and coordinate responses to facility-related service requests. Ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues. Maintain an approved contractor and supplier list in relation to facilities, liaising with contractors and service providers to ensure compliance with service level agreements and the company Third Party Service Providers Safety, Welfare and Security Agreement.
