Key Responsibilities:
- Motivating, training, and supervising event coordinators and sales staff
- Managing inbound enquiries, preparing quotations, upselling services, and analysing booking data
- Coordinating dietary requirements, floor plans, rooming lists, and all pre-event information
- Working closely with Food & Beverage, Front Desk, and Banqueting teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences
- Supporting the successful operation of a busy Hotel events department
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience within hotel or hospitality event coordination at Supervisor or Management level
- Experience using hospitality management systems such as PMS or CRM software (Guestline or Reslynx would be advantageous)
- Excellent organisational, communication, and negotiation skills
- Immediate availability with no notice period or pre-booked holidays
