We're recruiting for a Gas Engineer to join a long-term facilities management contract covering a diverse estate of educational facilities across Edinburgh. This is a field-based opportunity where you'll play an important role in keeping schools safe, warm and fully operational, while benefiting from ongoing training and career development. Carry out planned preventative and reactive maintenance Diagnose faults and repair commercial gas and heating systems Service and inspect commercial gas appliances Complete combustion analysis and flue gas integrity testing Maintain boilers, pumps, ventilation systems and associated plant Identify and replace life-expired assets Undertake minor plumbing and mechanical works where required Support installations, upgrades, commissioning and project works Complete inspections, risk assessments and statutory compliance checks Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations Contribute to continuous improvement across the contractWhat we're looking for We're looking for a qualified Gas Engineer with strong experience working on commercial and industrial heating systems.
