Key Responsibilities
As Pastry Chef de Partie, you will play an important role within the pastry kitchen, supporting the team to deliver consistently high standards. xgikmsk Your responsibilities will include:
Preparing and presenting high-quality pastry, desserts and baked goods
Producing dishes to exacting standards of quality and presentation
Supporting the pastry team with daily preparation and service
Assisting with menu development and seasonal dishes
Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient pastry section
Ensuring all food hygiene, health and safety standards are maintained
Supporting junior members of the team and working collaboratively across the kitchen
What we're looking for
Previous experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie or similar
A genuine passion for pastry and a keen eye for detail
Experience within a high-quality, busy kitchen environment
Good technical pastry skills and a desire to continue developing
Strong teamwork and communication skills
A positive, proactive and hardworking attitude
