Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to the highest standards
  • Organising daily task schedules, leading morning briefings, and allocating work areas
  • Monitoring stock levels of cleaning products, linen and guest amenities
  • Liaising with Front Office on room status and Maintenance to report repair issues promptly
  • Supporting the team to achieve a 20-minute turnaround per bedroom where required
  • Leading by example while supporting the wider team, including room attendant duties when needed

What we're looking for:

  • Previous hotel supervisory experience within housekeeping
  • Availability to work every Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility to provide additional cover when required
  • A reliable, organised approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards
  • A strong work ethic and pride in delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Experience as a room attendant would be highly beneficial
