Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting with cleaning bedrooms, bathrooms and public areas to the highest standards
- Organising daily task schedules, leading morning briefings, and allocating work areas
- Monitoring stock levels of cleaning products, linen and guest amenities
- Liaising with Front Office on room status and Maintenance to report repair issues promptly
- Supporting the team to achieve a 20-minute turnaround per bedroom where required
- Leading by example while supporting the wider team, including room attendant duties when needed
What we're looking for:
- Previous hotel supervisory experience within housekeeping
- Availability to work every Wednesday and Thursday, with flexibility to provide additional cover when required
- A reliable, organised approach and the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and high cleaning standards
- A strong work ethic and pride in delivering excellent guest experiences
- Experience as a room attendant would be highly beneficial
