Full of history, our client is a unique food led pub, on the Devon coast. With contrasting levels of business, you can find yourself serving 10 covers per day in the winter months to serving 150/200+ covers per service during the height of summer with a huge trade from the nearby beach. The pub offers a high quality yet simple menu of British dishes, made using fresh, seasonal produce and is open for both lunch and dinner service. Please note that the location is very rural with no public transport links nearby, therefore, this role may be best suited to someone with their own transport. Staff accommodation is available, if required.

What’s involved?

As Chef de Partie, you’ll play a key role in delivering dishes from a seasonal menu, working closely with the Head Chef and a small team of 2-3 chefs to maintain consistency, creativity, and efficiency. You’ll work in all sections of the kitchen and help maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment. You will be an experienced chef with a team spirit, able to prepare, cook and present dishes to the highest standard, using fresh, seasonal ingredients with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Staff accommodation is available, if required.
