We're recruiting for a Deputy Head Housekeeper to join a stylish new hotel opening in London this Autumn. Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure all guest rooms and public areas are clean, presentable, and welcoming
  • Support and supervise the housekeeping team on a daily basis
  • Report and follow up on maintenance issues within guest and public areas
  • Assist with implementing preventative maintenance procedures
  • Deliver excellent guest service and respond proactively to guest needs
  • Ensure company cleanliness, brand, and service standards are maintained
  • Support team training, presentation, and performance standards
  • Maintain health & safety, COSHH, fire safety, and security procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Previous supervisory experience within housekeeping in a 4-star or 5-star hotel
  • A strong background in housekeeping operations
  • Previous Marriott experience would be advantageous
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A hands-on approach with strong attention to detail
  • Experience motivating and leading a team
  • A positive and proactive attitude
