We are recruiting for a Financial Controller to join a growing hospitality group in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to step into a senior role within an expanding business, where you will play a key part in driving financial performance, supporting new openings, and shaping the future of the finance function.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee month-end, half-year, and year-end closing processes
- Produce accurate management accounts including P&L and balance sheets
- Prepare forecasts across P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Analyse financial performance against budgets and drive improvements
- Manage cash flow forecasting and working capital
- Oversee supplier payments and weekly cash flow projections
- Lead AR and AP functions, managing a small team
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and tax regulations
- Manage audits and liaise with external auditors
- Review VAT submissions and maintain compliance
- Improve internal controls and support system implementations
- Drive efficiencies as the business scales
What we are looking for
- Qualified or part-qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
- Previous experience in a Financial Controller role within the hospitality sector or similar
- Strong understanding of hotel finance and multi-site operations
- Experience managing multi-entity structures
- Excellent financial reporting and analytical skills
- Background in system implementation or finance transformation
- Confident communicator with both finance and non-finance teams
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- A proactive and commercially minded approach
