Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct daily checks and maintenance tasks across apartments and facilities
- Perform handyman duties including minor repairs, plumbing, painting touch-ups, and furniture adjustments
- Manage linen and laundry operations, ensuring supplies are refreshed efficiently
- Drive between locations for linen pick-up/drop-off and other operational errands
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests from staff or guests
- Monitor health & safety standards and report any hazards or repairs
- Assist with room setups between guest stays
- Support the team with general facilities tasks and guest-oriented assistance
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance, errands, deliveries, and incidents
