Supporting the Head Chef with the day-to-day running of the kitchen Leading the kitchen team during busy services Ensuring food is prepared, cooked and presented to an excellent standard Supporting menu development and introducing new ideas Maintaining strong food safety, hygiene and allergen standards Managing kitchen sections and ensuring service runs smoothly Supporting stock control, ordering and kitchen organisation Training, mentoring and developing junior chefs Taking responsibility for the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence What we're looking for We're looking for an experienced Senior Sous Chef who is confident leading a team and working within a quality hotel or restaurant environment.
