This is an exciting chance to help lead the day-to-day food operation of the main house, working alongside the Head Chef and management team to deliver an exceptional quintessentially British dining experience. Key Responsibilities: Working closely with the Head Chef, you'll help lead a varied and creative food operation across the estate. Help lead and develop the kitchen team. Support the day-to-day food operation of the main house. Create menus for banquets of up to 1,000 guests, private parties, bespoke weddings, and afternoon teas. Use high-quality, locally sourced organic produce. Work with the wider team to deliver exceptional client satisfaction. What we're looking for: You'll need strong culinary skills, experience in similar high-volume events roles, and the ability to communicate effectively with the wider team. Experience working in high-volume events environments. Excellent culinary skills and a strong understanding of quality food production. A confident and effective communicator.
