Known for its high-end gastro offering and warm, welcoming atmosphere, this award‑winning pub is searching for a skilled Chef de Partie who thrives under pressure and loves working with top-quality ingredients. You\’ll be working with local game, fresh trout, artisan dairy, watercress from nearby beds, and the finest Brixham fish and South Hampshire meats. With a regularly evolving menu, creativity is encouraged and variety is guaranteed-no two weeks feel the same. The venue also features 7 cosy bedrooms, attracting guests who appreciate brilliant food in a peaceful countryside setting. What\’s in it for you? Share of Tips (£3-3.5k per year) Delicious meals on duty 40/45 hours per week – 5 days a week Set days off: Sunday night, Monday & Tuesday What\’s involved? As Chef de Partie, you\’ll work closely with a talented Head Chef in a highly skilled kitchen. You\’ll bring previous fine dining or high-end gastro experience and be confident preparing, cooking, and presenting exceptional dishes using fresh, seasonal ingredients. You\’ll also support the development of junior members of the brigade and help maintain the highest levels of food safety, hygiene, and consistency.
