Your Responsibilities
As a key member of a 6-chef brigade, you will be producing fresh, high-volume food for up to 600 people daily. Your main duties will include:
* Cooking from scratch and following recipes accurately.
* Preparing a wide range of food styles, from classic dining to global street food.
* Taking ownership of your section and working efficiently under pressure.
* Interacting with customers at various food stations, such as an omelette bar or a salad bar.
* Maintaining the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
What We\’re Looking For
We need a productive and passionate Chef with a strong catering background. The ideal candidate will be:
* An experienced Chef de Partie or Demi Chef De Partie with at least 2-3 years of relevant experience.
* Confident in high-volume environments, with experience in banqueting, events, or hotels.
* Fast, efficient, and comfortable with scratch cooking.
* Presentable with excellent communication skills for front-facing duties.
