Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a popular Bistro and Event Catering Company who are looking for a Roaming Chef to join their busy team, working with the two bistros mainly (Winchester and Exbury). Due to the nature of this position you would need to be a driver.

Our client is an award-winning Bistro and Event Caterer, based in Hampshire. With offices in Winchester and Exbury, this independently owned business offers high-event catering for weddings, private parties, and other events, as well as their two lovely bistros located in Winchester and Exbury.
What’s involved?
As a Chef for this role, you would need to have access to a car or motorbike - as you will be supporting one of the bistros. Each bistro is very different but a one person operation in the kitchen with only a 20 cover capacity at any one point. You will be overseeing the bistro in the Chef's absence on days off or holidays.
