As a Chef, you will be responsible for the preparation, cooking, and service of food for daily menus and special functions. You\’ll work closely with the Head Chef to ensure our standards are consistently high. Your key responsibilities will include:
Preparing and cooking high-quality meals and dishes.
Leading and training your kitchen team.
Managing stock, placing orders, and maintaining budget.
Ensuring all food hygiene and health & safety regulations are followed.
Developing menus and staying on top of food trends for our retail catering operation.What You\’ll Need
This is an ideal role for an experienced Chef who is ready to take on a leadership role in a busy setting like. You should have:
Advanced Food Safety and an appropriate cooking qualification.
Experience in food handling, staff management, and customer interaction.
