We are recruiting on behalf of a high-profile luxury hotel and restaurant group in Central London for a talented Senior Sous Chef to join a brand-new opening. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant, creative, and award-winning hospitality brand, contributing to both the pastry-led kitchen and main kitchen operations, including banqueting, events, and afternoon teas.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations and brigade management
- Maintain exceptional culinary standards, presentation, and consistency
- Contribute to menu development, seasonal dishes, and creative pastry concepts
- Supervise, train, and mentor junior chefs in a supportive environment
- Manage inventory, ordering, and costs while adhering to sustainability practices
- Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards
