You'll be responsible for: Leading and supporting the service team, helping technicians stay productive and motivated Organising workshop workloads and making sure jobs are progressed efficiently Acting as a key point of contact for customers and handling any issues professionally Keeping an eye on departmental performance, profitability and KPIs Managing warranty processes and ensuring claims are dealt with accurately Working with technicians to maintain high standards of repair and customer service Dealing with day-to-day team matters and supporting the development of staff Planning ahead for particularly busy periods, including harvest Making practical decisions to keep the department running smoothly What we're looking for This role would suit someone who understands agricultural machinery and is ready to take their next step into, or further develop their career in, service management.
