We are recruiting an exceptional Head Chef for a luxury, niche hotel based in Brockenhurst, set in the heart of the New Forest. This is a rare opportunity to lead a flagship kitchen where seasonality, sustainability and provenance are at the centre of everything you do. As Head Chef, you'll have genuine autonomy to shape menus, influence the wider food offering and be fully supported by gardeners, farmers and local producers.
