We are working with an exciting riverside restaurant in Brentford, London, seeking a committed Sous Chef to join the kitchen team of this busy, stylish fine-dining destination.

Role & Responsibilities
- Assist the Head Chef in running the kitchen: prep, cook, finish, manage pass
- Oversee service quality and timings for lunch & dinner covers
- Maintain high standards of mise en place, ingredient provenance, presentation and portion control
- Help train and mentor junior team members
- Work with seasonal menus and supplier relationships
- Ensure health & safety, cost controls and food-waste minimisation
- Be present in service and actively contribute to the buzz of a busy modern kitchen
We're looking for someone who:
- Has prior experience in a strong fine dining/brasserie or high-end casual fine dining kitchen
- Has ideally worked at a two-rosette level or similar standard (or is already operating at that level)
- Can manage a team and service pressure confidently
- Has a passion for British produce, seafood/shellfish and an open-minded approach to flavour & technique
- Is creative, organised, hands-on and keen to develop further
- Is available to immediately
