Are you an experienced Breakfast and Lunch Chef looking for a new opportunity within a busy hotel kitchen? Working across a varied operation, you'll be responsible for delivering buffet breakfasts for up to 150 guests, alongside conference and staff lunches. Prepare and deliver buffet breakfasts for approximately (Apply online only) guests Prepare and serve conference lunches for up to 140 guests Produce buffet-style staff lunches for up to 30 team members Monitor stock levels, assist with ordering and stocktaking, and minimise food waste Maintain excellent cleanliness and comply with HACCP and food safety regulations Complete kitchen opening and closing checklists Ensure all food is prepared and presented to an excellent standard Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth and efficient service What we're looking for We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Chef who is confident working within a small team and enjoys delivering quality food across a varied operation.
