Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and PA support to the Branch Manager and team
  • Manage incoming calls and branch switchboard
  • Welcome customers and handle enquiries professionally
  • Process invoices, delivery notes, and documentation
  • Prepare quotations and delivery tickets
  • Maintain accurate filing systems and records
  • Update internal databases and support daily administration tasks
  • Support the sales team during events and trade shows
  • Carry out cashiering duties and liaise with Head Office
  • Provide general admin support across the branch

What we're looking for:

  • Previous office or admin experience
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office including Word and Excel
  • Proactive and professional approach
  • Ability to work independently and within a team
  • Full clean driving licence
