Night Manager - £15.00 per hour, weekly pay and accommodation available We are recruiting a Night Manager for a busy Hotel in Bracknell. This temporary ongoing assignment offers the chance to lead overnight operations within a professional, guest-focused setting, with accommodation available if required. Monitor and supervise the night team, maintaining high service standards Brief overnight colleagues on arrivals, VIP guests and special requests Handle guest complaints, disturbances and requests professionally Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests, visitors and colleagues Oversee night audit processes, accounting procedures and business transactions Update reservations, cancellations, amendments and booking confirmations accurately Prepare daily summary reports and ensure clear handovers for relevant departments Coordinate late arrivals, early departures and room service requirements Support operational planning, staffing and payroll processes where required Use Opera PMS confidentlyWhat we're looking for To succeed as Night Manager, you'll bring proven leadership experience, excellent attention to detail and a confident approach to overnight operations.
