Key Responsibilities

  • Deputising for the Clubhouse Manager when required
  • Working closely with senior management to oversee day-to-day operations
  • Assisting with sales and profitability initiatives
  • Managing cellar standards, stock takes and line cleaning
  • Completing till and cash reconciliations
  • Carrying out equipment checks and reporting maintenance needs
  • Acting as a key holder and liaising with security providers when needed
  • Assisting with event coordination, function planning and event delivery
  • Supporting operational briefings and daily communication across teams

What we're looking for

  • Experience within Hospitality, clubhouse, bar or food & beverage operations
  • Previous supervisory or duty management experience preferred
  • Strong organisation and attention to detail
  • Confidence managing stock control and cash handling processes
  • A calm, flexible and hands-on approach during busy periods and events
