What's involved?
To support the F&B Manager in creating and ensuring a consistent food and beverage experience for our guests, exceeding expectations, and maintaining the highest service standards. The Bar Manager will work closely with the Restaurant Manager and the kitchen team to ensure a seamless service sequence.
For this we hope you have:
- Proven experience 3+ years within the luxury hospitality industry required
- Management experience essential, preferably in a comparable position and F&B environment
- You will have in-depth knowledge of Wine & Spirits and will have achieved your WSET Level 2 minimum
