Checking guests in and out of the hotel Setting up and clearing conference rooms, weddings and other events Preparing and serving room service orders Assisting with bar service and serving drinks Handling guest queries and complaints professionally Cleaning conference rooms and public areas Completing night-time fire and safety checks Answering telephone calls, managing reservations and supporting other front office dutiesWhat we're looking for: We're looking for someone with a positive attitude who can deliver excellent guest service and work confidently during night shifts.
