What's involved in this Deputy Restaurant Management role?

  • To be responsible for the smooth running of all restaurant services through close liaison with the Head Chef, Assistant Manager and service team.
  • To develop a well-structured team of food and wine service motivated to deliver the highest levels of service and guests care and exceed expectations at all times.

  • Minimum 2 Rosette Restaurant management experience is essential
