Key Responsibilities
As a Sous Chef, you will play a key role in the day-to-day running of the kitchen by:
- Supporting the Head Chef with the smooth operation of the kitchen
- Leading the team during service and managing the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation
- Training, mentoring and developing junior chefs
- Managing stock, ordering and ensuring excellent kitchen standards
