Seasonal opportunity with most of winter off in a beautiful New Forest location.
An exciting opportunity has opened for a Restaurant Supervisor to join a busy hospitality venue in the New Forest. This is a seasonal role to start as soon as possible to mid/late October, with the opportunity for this to become an annual seasonal role for the right candidate. This role offers the chance to work in a stunning natural setting while developing your leadership skills within a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Support the management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining high standards across the business.
- Assist with recruiting, building and training a high-performing team.
- Order, manage and rotate stock effectively.
- Open and close the business while confidently running shifts.
- Create and manage team rotas.
- Drive high service and operational standards.
