We're recruiting for a Chef De Partie to join a fantastic kitchen team in the New Forest. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver consistently high-quality dishes while learning from the Head Chef
- Work 40-50 hours per week across a mix of shifts depending on availability
- Contribute to menu development and help create new recipes and specials
- Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene standards
- Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure a seamless dining experience
- Collaborate with the wider park team to ensure guests enjoy their stay
