We're looking for an Agency Night Porter to join our temporary hospitality team in Sutton Scotney. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous hospitality, customer service, or security experience who enjoys working independently while delivering excellent guest service. The role offers 2 nights per week, preferably on consecutive nights, with working hours to be discussed.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide a friendly and professional welcome to guests throughout the night
- Assist with late check-ins, early check-outs, and guest enquiries
- Carry out regular security checks and monitor access to the property
- Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues efficiently
- Handle telephone calls, reservations, and administrative duties
- Maintain the cleanliness and presentation of public areas
- Complete overnight reports and record any incidents or maintenance issues
- Prepare facilities for the following day, including breakfast or meeting areas where required
- Follow health and safety procedures and respond appropriately to emergencies
- Support other departments to ensure excellent guest service at all times
