- Average hourly rate:
- Chef De Partie - From £17.00 (including holiday)
- Sous Chef - From £19.00 (including holiday)
- Head Chef - from £21.00 (including holiday)

What’s involved?
As a Relief Chef representing Platinum Recruitment, we expect you to maintain a professional demeanour, demonstrate excellent punctuality, and exhibit a strong work ethic. All relief chefs must have up-to-date food hygiene and allergy certificates, along with references, before we can assign you to work.
You will have the flexibility to choose what days you work. Simply let us know your availability, and we’ll match you with assignments that fit your schedule!
