PPM Planner required for a busy facilities contract based in Addlestone, Surrey. This is a Monday-Friday role offering consistent daytime hours and the opportunity to play a vital part in planned maintenance, compliance, and service delivery within a well-established facilities environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Planning and scheduling PPM tasks using a CAFM system
- Managing subcontractor schedules and site communication
- Assigning and closing PPM work orders in line with monthly deadlines
- Liaising daily with engineering and operational teams
- Raising work orders, purchase orders, and requests for quotations
- Tracking remedial works and monitoring task queues
- Collecting and uploading compliance and completion documentation
- Producing weekly and monthly PPM reports
- Supporting health & safety and statutory compliance escalation where required
What we are looking for:
- Previous experience in administration, customer service, or contact centre roles
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Confidence communicating with contractors and internal teams
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel
- Ability to manage workload, priorities, and deadlines
- A team-focused, professional, and proactive approach
- CAFM system experience (desirable)
