Overview
A Kitchen Assistant role is available at £14+ per hour with accommodation provided. This is a full-time position supporting an educational residential centre in Perth.

Key responsibilities
- You’ll support the day-to-day running of the kitchen that serves children and staff, including:
- Maintaining high standards of cleaning and hygiene throughout the kitchen
- Washing up, mopping floors, and keeping work areas safe and organised
- Occasionally supporting the chef and assisting with food service
- Working split day shifts (7.5 hours per day with a 1-hour unpaid break), 5 days out of 7
What we’re looking for
- This role would suit a reliable catering assistant with experience working around food service
- A valid Disclosure Scotland PVG check
- Food Hygiene Certificate and Food Allergen training
- Previous catering experience, ideally in a structured or residential environment
