Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to restaurant and bar guests
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Serve food and beverages to a high standard
- Set up and clear restaurant, breakfast, bar, and event areas
- Ensure guest satisfaction throughout service
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and presentation standards
- Support weddings, private events, conferences, and restaurant operations
Skills & Experience Required
- Previous experience as a Waiter, Waiting Staff Member, Restaurant Server, Food Runner, F&B Assistant, or Hospitality Assistant
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional and friendly approach
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Reliable and flexible with working hours
- Well-presented with a positive attitude
- Right to work in the UK
