Based in a large corporate office in central London, you’ll be part of a brigade of 12 Chefs delivering high-quality hospitality across an impressive operation, supporting around 200 meeting rooms and 180-200 events per month. Key Responsibilities
As a Chef De Partie, you’ll play an important role in delivering a consistent, high-quality food offering across a busy corporate hospitality operation.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality dishes to a consistent standard.
- Support the smooth running of your section during daily service and events.
- Assist with the preparation and delivery of corporate hospitality functions.
- Maintain high standards of food hygiene, safety and kitchen cleanliness.
- Work closely with the wider brigade to ensure an efficient and professional service.
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a motivated Chef who enjoys working in a busy kitchen and takes pride in delivering great food.
- Previous experience in a high-volume kitchen is essential.
- Contract catering experience is preferred but not essential.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- A positive, team-focused approach and a commitment to high standards.
