The role is based at a destination restaurant in South Wales, and is a hands-on Assistant Restaurant Manager position supporting the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day running of a Michelin-star, 3 AA rosette fine dining operation. You’ll be a visible, floor-focused leader, trusted to uphold standards, lead service and support the development of the team.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the restaurant manager of a top-tier, fine dining restaurant
- Leading service on the floor with confidence and professionalism
- Delivering warm, polished and genuinely memorable guest experiences
