We're recruiting for a Senior Maintenance Engineer to join the engineering team in Mere, Wiltshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of engineering operations across a busy manufacturing site while playing a key role in major re-engineering new product development projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out hands-on fault finding, repairs and preventative maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment
- Diagnosing breakdowns quickly to minimise production downtime
- Programming and maintaining industrial machinery
- Supporting major engineering re-engineering projects across the business
- Improving equipment reliability through continuous improvement initiatives
- Maintaining engineering records, documentation and maintenance procedures
- Supporting new product development alongside the Head of Product
