Responsibilities for a Mill Operative:
- Follow all company health and safety policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment
- Maintain feed safety and quality standards throughout the production process
- Operate plant equipment via our computerized mill control system
- Accurately weigh micro ingredients, including veterinary medications
- Optimize pelleting machines for maximum product quality and operational efficiency
- Perform routine cleaning and carry out basic maintenance of plant equipment
Requirements for Mill Operative:
- Can do attitude
- Good relationship building skills
- Self motivated
- UK Licence
- Other industries considered: Plant / HGV / Powered Access / Generator / Heavy plant / Forklifts / Agricultural
