Key Responsibilities: In this Revenue position, you'll take ownership of pricing, forecasting, and strategic decision-making to drive profit growth across all revenue streams:
- Report directly to the General Manager on all revenue performance matters
- Monitor market trends and competitor pricing daily
- Develop and adjust the hotel's strategy based on demand and budget management priorities
- Lead weekly revenue meetings and monthly commercial reviews
- Identify opportunities and threats in advance, taking proactive action
- Oversee the reservations team, ensuring strong enquiry conversion and revenue delivery
- Support group, wedding, and conference quotations in line with demand
What we're looking for: You'll bring a sharp commercial edge and a deep understanding of hotel revenue management:
- Proven hotel Revenue Management experience
- Track record across multiple income streams including rooms, leisure, F&B, and events
- Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Skilled in PMS, CRS, Sales & Catering, and Channel Manager systems
- Experience within a branded hotel environment is advantageous
