Up to £41,000 inclusive of tips, 40 hours per week

What's involved?

As Kitchen Manager, you will lead a large team of Chefs, line cooks, and kitchen assistants. You'll have full autonomy of the kitchen, responsible for rotas, ordering, and training and motivating your team. You'll support the owners in the day-to-day running of the kitchen. You'll thrive as a Manager, taking the lead running the pass, rather than being hand-on with cooking.
