We're looking for an experienced IT Field Engineer to join a forward-thinking team in Ferndown. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives on variety, enjoys problem-solving, and is motivated to deliver first-class IT solutions across a wide range of clients and projects.

- Providing on-site fault support and resolution
- Leading installation projects, from surveys to final handover
- Ensuring installations are completed on time, within budget, and to customer satisfaction
Experience as an IT Technician or in a similar IT support role is required, along with networking knowledge (offline and Microsoft 365 skills essential) and strong organisational and planning abilities. Experience as an IT Service Engineer would be advantageous.
