About the role:We're looking for a passionate Head Chef to join a beautifully refurbished country pub close to Newport, Isle of Wight. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who loves traditional English food and wants to work closely with local farmers and producers. With an on-site farm, game shoot, and kitchen garden, you'll be able to create menus that truly showcase the island's best ingredients.
