Key Responsibilities: You'll oversee and optimise all warehouse and logistics operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance across every area:
- Manage receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch
- Maintain inventory accuracy through audits and reconciliations
- Drive process improvement and implement KPIs
- Oversee returns, damaged stock, and non-conforming products
- Plan and coordinate logistics to support production and customer deliveries
- Manage transportation and negotiate with 3PL providers
- Monitor shipments and resolve logistical issues
What we're looking for: We're seeking a hands-on leader with strong logistics and supply chain expertise:
- 5+ years' experience in warehouse and logistics management (manufacturing/industrial environment)
- Proven understanding of supply chain and logistics principles
- Experience using ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Knowledge of HSE regulations and compliance
- Analytical, data-driven, and improvement-focused
