We have an exciting opportunity for a Head Steward in Farnborough, working within a prestigious hospitality environment. This temporary contract runs from 23rd June through to mid-August, offering up to five days per week, daytime hours, weekly pay, and the potential for live-in accommodation.

- Supervise pantry, storeroom, and non-cooking kitchen teams
- Coordinate dishwashing, silver cleaning, storage, and distribution of supplies
- Monitor cleanliness and organisation of kitchens, workrooms, storerooms, and equipment
- Manage kitchen supplies, equipment, and stock control
- Assist with banquet and event preparations, including staffing requirements
- Maintain inventory records for china, glassware, silverware, and equipment
- Monitor team performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency
- Help minimise wastage and maintain security of stock and equipment
- An experienced Head Steward who can confidently lead a stewarding team in a busy hospitality environment.
- Previous experience as a Head Kitchen Porter, Head Kitchen Porter, or Chief Steward
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Experience managing kitchen support operations and stock control
- Ability to maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work the full temporary contract from June through to August
- A positive and proactive approach to teamwork
