Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing M E and group booking enquiries to maximise revenue
  • Supporting pricing and selling strategies for rooms and meeting spaces
  • Conducting site inspections and hotel show rounds
  • Supporting forecasting, budgeting, and business planning
  • Managing enquiries from initial contact through to handover
  • Completing post-event follow-ups and customer feedback reviews
  • Monitoring competitor activity and market trends
  • Ensuring reservations and event processes are completed accurately
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams and external partners

What we're looking for:

  • Previous experience within a hotel sales or events role
  • Strong understanding of reservations, meetings, and group business
  • Experience using Delphi, Protel, or similar systems
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and attention to detail
  • Passion for delivering excellent customer service
