Role Overview

The private chef will lead the gastronomy operations of the estate’s exclusive use lodge, delivering exceptional dining experiences for up to 20 guests. You will design menus featuring locally sourced organic produce, award‑winning meats, and produce harvested from the estate’s own grounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute menus for up to 20 guests, ensuring high quality and presentation.
  • Manage day‑to‑day food operations and maintain the highest standards of cleanliness and compliance.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Butler, lodge manager, and Head Chef to coordinate service and menu planning.
  • Communicate with team members to deliver consistent, detailed service.
