Key Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring smooth kitchen operations and consistent food quality as a Chef De Partie:
- Managing and running a designated kitchen section
- Preparing and presenting dishes to set standards
- Organising mise en place for efficient service delivery
- Supporting and supervising junior kitchen team members
- Maintaining strict food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards
- Monitoring stock levels, portion control and waste reduction
- Working closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure consistency
