We’re recruiting an experienced Senior Nurse Quality & Compliance Lead to join a dementia, nursing, mental health, respite specialist in Brighton. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Nurse Quality & Compliance Lead who is passionate about improving standards, strengthening governance, and supporting clinical teams to deliver outstanding care in Brighton.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee quality standards and governance across the service in Brighton
- Lead clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and review policies and procedures
- Manage quality assurance processes and monitoring compliance
- Investigate incidents and support risk management
- Support safeguarding processes and best practice
- Prepare services for inspections and support CQC compliance
- Promote strong standards in medication management and infection control
What we’re looking for:
- A registered nurse with strong experience in governance or compliance roles such as Clinical Compliance Lead or Senior RGN
- Strong understanding of CQC regulations, Fundamental Standards, and clinical governance
- Experience leading audits, inspections, or service improvement projects
- Experience supervising, mentoring, or training nursing teams
- Excellent attention to detail with strong report writing and data analysis skills
- Confident communication skills and the ability to challenge poor practice professionally
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
