What the role involves:

  • This is a full-time office-based Role Monday - Friday
  • Daily Cash Book input of all Receipts & Payments generated by dealership activities
  • Weekly & Monthly Bank Reconciliation
  • Purchase Ledger invoice posting
  • Monthly supplier statement reconciliation
  • Sales ledger posting/reconciliation
  • Credit control
  • Vehicle invoice processing

What do you need?

  • Motor Trade knowledge would be an advantage, but is not essential
  • Excellent IT skills, including all Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel
  • Strong interpersonal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong administrative skills, with the ability to multi-task in a busy environment, meet deadlines and maintain high attention to detail
  • Liaison with external auditors
  • To be confident with internal and external decision makers
