Platinum Personnel are sourcing a Part time or full time Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy Burton On Trent Branch. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates for a multitude of job roles from HGV drivers through to hospitality staff dependant on vacancies available. Working alongside experienced consultants, you will receive clear training and development plans to guide your growth. On board with our branch commission structure, there is fantastic earning potential and multiple options for career progression. Must be organised and used to a very fast paced environment.

The Role:
- CV Sourcing through a range of processes
- Interact with candidates over the phone
- Interview and register staff face to face and via email
- Utilize and update in-house CRM systems
- Monitor KPIs on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
